The point is that an MP only has an obligation to reply to his/her own
constituents. There is a danger that letters from anyone else won't get
past the MP's secretary.

The first draft of such a list is already on the s-o-w site, on the "useful
contacts" page. More specific details are to follow. The idea is to
energise our supporters in those particular constituencies.
