Oh, don't be like this, Bruce. Naill is an open-minded man; he is capable of
being persuaded to another's point of view, of seeing other methods of
dealing with an issue. He doesn't see any problem with carbon emissions; we
do. That is why he will no doubt be in favour of extending the European idea
for an carbon emissions market into something more globally based.

That way, if he doubts the science, he can let the market decide. If he's
right and price will be low; if we are it will high.

After all, a man like Nail so committed to the free market won't surely be
against the market. Or will he?
