Dear Judy, I've been away from this list for almost 10 years and now that we are planning a trip in September I am back on. I've even gotten a few good pointers already. Yours being the best so far. Jerry and I are in our 60's and the couple going with us - never been on a narrowboat) are in their 70's. Their fitness is marvelous. My enthusiasm will have to get me into shape.
