I am not trying to put a damper on backup procedures, I am very
regular with mine, however!

Have you or Ann tried a full resore to a new different drive? Some
software these days will only run if on the drive to which it was
originally installed.. A check of the drive Serial Number is made!

As I say I agree totally with the principal but just be aware you may
have problems with a new and different drive!
