BlueArtic does seam to be pritty much what everyone uses, certainly
its a requirment to use multistranded cable, and the artic is nice
and flexable, readly avalable, and nie to work with.

Emilyanne is actually wired in yellow artic, which seams to work too!

Thoughout the boat we have kept yellow artic soley for the 240vac
ring main which runs round the boat at gunnel level, and the separtly
'fused' spur to the battery charger.

The low voltage (24vdc) cabling is then done with with blue/red and
black/red loose cables. Using butyl insulated cable wherever it is in
contact with the polystreine foam (thermal) insulation.
 - With also a number of runs being done in white domestic flex also.
