Who are they? You (and the Sarah Kennardia programme) make it sound as
though No10 originated
the petition and that they have a duty to advertise it. The fact is that
this is a petition *to* No10/the Prime Minister and it is the job of whoever
has an interest in it to tell everybody that it is there.
