Oh yes . . . wouldn't it be nice to see what the UK would look like if we knocked everything down and started again, meeting all the governments idealistic and tax neutral criteria for everything. Wonder how that might turn out ? I presume the stated distances are intended to be horizontal and thus living at the top of a 3 mile high tower block next to Tescos at London Victoria would thus be a very good thing.
