Milton Keynes?  Although the criteria against that was built have  
long since been superseded.

The said table has a note which reads 'steep gradients will  
effectively reduce these distances'.  Whether that applies to lift  
shafts in tower blocks would be idle speculation.

Spoilsport :>)  But I imagine that the market rate for mooring  
charges does reflect their convenience to convenience stores to some  
extent.
