The piling sums up the problems. The engineer in charge got all the levels wrong. It has been dug too deep so has to be partially filled in again because the pontoon legs aren't long enough. Pontoon levels were wrong varying from 3' above water to 3' below! It will cost Land & Water 400k to put right and someone is now looking for a job. Sue nb Nackered Navvy
