While the water-level has been high over this recent winterm the tunnel
keepers have been warning of the 'low roof'. In several places it was
impossible to keep my head over the level of Silkwood's roof and it was
necessary to look along the side. One OS owner (name hidden to protect the
unwary) had quite nasty abrasions to his head as it became partly trapped
btween the roof of his boat and the tunnel roof.
