Yeah, they do have the T&Cs BUT it'll go to court, some bleeding heart
will plead his case and he won't bear the full responsibility for his
actions. If people truly bore the real cost of their actions then
perhaps they wouldn't offend in such a carefree way, especially in the
more minor vandalism and thuggery cases. This case will be treated as a
minor one and the only people to really suffer will be Middlewich Boats
IMO.
