I am sorry I don't agree. Even continuous cruisers eventually settle down and want moorings. Try walking along a stretch of towpath and ask the boaters if they have internet access and I think you will be surprised how many will say no. I can pick up emails but I can't access Neil's link. I would like to use ebay but am unable unless I want to pay a fortune and using ebay on a pda is probably a waste of time.
