Actually I didn't say (or at least, mean) that. I actually have an
online mooring for both my boats. If you are talking about fixed
moorings in general, than I didn't say that either! I have no problem
with people who don't want to have a mooring, so long as they actually
use the canal as a way of moving - not staying!

Actually, BW have rules about things - including just how long you can
stay in one place.
