When you've finished that, how about doing the opposite extremes...

Shallowest locks (*)
Shortest tunnels
Lowest summits

I nominate Suttons, Dunsley and the Witham Navigable Drains respectively. Over 
to the rest of you...

(*) not counting the ones with no rise at all under normal conditions
