On CanalplannerAC Nick has them at 13ft 3in, but that may just be
derived from the average.

I'm not sure if they qualify, but Nick also has Bath Deep Lock at 19ft 5in,
but this is the result of combining Locks 8 and 9.

And there's a lock just waiting to be used on the Cotswolds Canal near
Stroud which must be at least 20ft deep. There used to be a <staircase?> pair
and
there was a failure in the water main just up the hill. The flood flowed down
the hill and washed one side of the locks away. When the water company
restored the structure, instead of rebuilding as two locks, they built it as
one
deep one. It's going to be a great one to work through.
