We were out for a week in August. Going south on the S&W we saw
reasonable traffic, but once we turned onto the Stourbridge Canal the
traffic dwindled away. On route up the Delph through Netherton and
into Brum centre at Gas Street and then Old Main Line out to W'ton, I
don't think we saw more than a dozen moving boats over four days.
However, once we were at the bottom of the 21 on the S&W the boats
returned and going up the Shroppie to Brewood we met one every 4 or 5
minutes!
