Driving damp up here - we've been in the clouds for the past few days, 
and most nasty it is. The cat is running away every time an outside door 
gets opened :-)  Those down in the valleys are OK - we popped into 
Cheltenham today and it was quite pleasant (shops excepted!). Not much 
water to send down to you today.

Glad you've survived - how did the restaurants on Curry Corner fare? 
They're a bit closer to the river than you.
