A few years ago when my CofC was about to run out just as the BSS came in I hadn't got time due to work to sort the boat to pass the BSS. So I applied for a licence to run from the beginning of July even though my licence expired at the end of July. The nice lady called me and explained what I had done and I told her it was correct. My licence came through dated from 1st July and my CofC ran out on the 12th July I finally got my BSS the following June having bought the extra time at the cost of one months licence.
There is nothing in the rules that says you cant pay twice for the same month. -- Julian Tether Barge Parglena e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
