I understand that they can't fine/whatever twice if you are caught  twice on 
the same stretch of road on the same day, which is how some people  avoid 
getting points. However, I don't know what 'the same stretch' of road is  
defined 
as. If you are picked up twice, you could try agreeing to the first one  and 
paying the fine, then once that paperwork is settled, appeal the second  one.
