There is an apocryphal tale that a fellow was driving along at 30 mph 
minding his own business when he was flashed by one of those cameras 
that points towards you. Not quite believing this, he drove around the 
block and drove past the camera again at 25 mph. It flashed again. 
Thinking this was odd, he drove around the block yet again and drove 
past the camera at 20 mph. It flashed again. He repeated this at 15 mph 
and was once again flashed. He shrugged his shoulders and drove on, 
assuming that the camera must be faulty.

The tale then goes on that a few days later he received through the post 
an envelope containing four photographs from the camera and notice of 
four charges of driving without a seatbelt....
