I had a rant on the blog yesterday about the three bollards per narrow lock idiocy, which made me wonder if anyone has any clue why BW thought this was such a good idea. They are all over the Delph 9 and Stourbridge 16, and seem to be spreading from there onto the Staffs and Worcs.
(see http://nbsanity.blogspot.com/) I can't recall any serious account of the genesis of it - what's the point? All the best Bruce There are no strangers on the cut, only boaters we've yet to meet.
