...which due to the "credit crunch" and the thousands of "continuous 
moorers" coming to the English waterways for a cheap life will be near on 
impossible.
BW may not be into social housing at the moment, but that will change. As 
long as they extract the inflated licence fee from everyone they will be 
happy....some income is better than no income.
Waterways over here are changing beyond recognition.
Harefield Marina now has many spare berths, presumably as people cannot 
afford the moorings.
Sub 25 grand boats seem to still be shifting.

Notice to "Continuous Moorers" please don't come over to Ireland, it is 
terribly expensive, cold and wet with no facilities  ;-)
