It's busy at Norton Junction for some reason, however I found that the 48 hour moorings (have they become 48 hour recently?) just above the locks had space on them. You are welcome to moor alongside Victoria, but it's obviously too late now! :-) Them flats were there a couple of weeks before Christmas also.
