It's almost universal now, AFAICS. We had a cunning plan to plumb
both supplies through a thermostatic valve, so that you could set it
to fill with water at 40, 60 or whatever, then turn the valve down to
10 or 15 for the rinses. As I say, the problem is that the fancy
electronic controllers don't like hot water through the cold fill port.
I found a thread about it on one of the green living forums - it's an
issue for them because of course it stops folk using solar heated
water in the same way.
