Well, to be fair to Tiscali, I got a phone call today (one day after my complaint to them) to tell me that they were escalating the complaint to their 'abuse' team. They also credited my account with a tenner which, if I so choose, I can use to buy a year's worth of their AV/anti-spam package. That is a better response than I've ever had before although they still suggested I visit their page which tells me how to avoid/deal with spam (not sure I need that as I'm fairly aware anyway). Still, I have to say though that I've had no more arrive now for 24 hours. Very odd burst of activity which may, of course, reappear. Roger
