AIUI, the same rules (now) apply on Bow Creek as do on the Thames.
This isn't much of an additional restriction, as once you've descended
Bow Lock you're probably going to the Thames as the Creek dries for
most of the day.  OTOH, its sensible, as PLA really does need to
exercise traffic control given the size of commercial barges that will
be using the Creek.

I believe that they will be closed to *private leisure* traffic only.
Trip etc. boats would be authorised by the Olympics administration.
