No they're not, she was born in Sunderland and has an amazingly
mongrel pedigree, but absolutely none of it Yorkshire. As for me, I
was born on Tyneside, and the most damning thing my old man could
find to say about Harold Wilson was that he was a typical bl**dy
Yorkshireman.
