The interesting thing about this lot (though not of much consolation to folk flooded from their homes) is that it gives an idea of the water levels on these stretches before the Ardnacrusha hydroelectric power station was built. The effect is even clearer on the next page I intend to post, showing Plassey, Corbally, the Park Canal and the Abbey River. bjg
