Sorry people, and in particular those of you trying to maintain this list.
I am, I suspect among many other people,at the end of my tether, with the
general standard of this list. I look forward most days to having a look
through and used to enjoy the banter as most of the time it bore some relation
to canals.
I did not contribute much - often due to time - but just enjoying the threads -
I make no apology for this.
I posted a general complaint a couple of days ago suggesting that we stop
discussing road tolls and ever increasing twaddle(and some people just showing
off and trying to outdo each other)!
We now seem to have some quite bitter exchanges from some of the contributers -
all of which are still not connected with the canals.
I have worked out that AS in particular seems to have upset pretty much
everyone connected with Canal UG's over the years with his views - yet he still
seems to fire up many - just ignore him if its a problem!
Anyway, the point of this is to say sorry to those of you who try and regulate
this but I have other places to waste my time where the banter might be more
interesting and more fun.
When Ive worked out how to extricate myself - thats bye bye and please some of
you - grow up?
