I've been taking this list for a long time now (can't remember just how long, and not as long as many others here, but my homonym was hosting it when I started) and I can recall various times in the past when we've been through this sort of row. It's a pub; if folk start shouting, just take your drink into a corner and wait for them to go home/ get thrown out (very very rare here)/ sober up. Adrian is Adrian; you don't have to talk to the silly sod if you don't want to. Put his email address into your spam filter if you like and you'll never be bothered by him again. But throwing him off the list would be censorship, and that I really don't approve of. After a while we'll get back to talking canals again (which we were with the new thread about Braunston bridge numbering).
