Does any one know if a quick burst of reverse polarity on a macerator motor would spin it the other way? Obviously it would only have to be very quick, say about a second, or it could prove messy!. The reason I ask is occasionally ours blocks, and it's almost always guests putting something down there they shouldn't. The impeller then jams and guess who has to take it apart and unblock it? I thought that if I could just reverse it a little bit that might un-jam it.
