I have the metal filter bowl jobby near the tank and then another 
filter on the engine with a sedimenter bowl beside it,i.e. no filter on 
it. They both came with the engine. I have never drained any water from 
mine. Maybe the takeoff in the tank is 25mm from the bottom and I have 
20mm of water, but I don't think so. I sometime dip the tank with 
"Petrogauge" a water detecting past on the dip stick.
