Have you actually contacted AOL/BT in writing, officially about this problem? Not yet, the potential charges from BT mean that this has to be a last resort.… Looking at the agreements with many suppliers, the conditions that they impose are that you have to pay for everything for the committed contract period but they are not committed to guarantee to provide anything, least of all good customer service.
