First - apologies for poor setting out in my original post. Then in  
response to Roger's observations - yes I know all about that LT TV  
palaver but it's high time something was done about it.

Also I should perhaps mention that Lord Toulouse will need what we  
lovingly refer to as "a BW licence". It's really good value and, as I  
was explaining to my mother today, inclusive of such things as Ribble  
Linkery and Anderton Liftery which are all inclusive to licence  
holders who have coughed up the £600 annual donation, or a substantial  
proportion of it, at any rate.
