From: Steve Wood I wonder how a possible change of government might affect this - they are planning to do away with s106 agreements. Hi Steve and All, It is my understanding that any changes in national legislation following a change in government will not effect any agreements in place already. The problem with DC is getting the developer to start. I know there are other parties interested but interest and getting on with it are miles off ATM. Shall we have a whip round :-) Regards Andrew
