I have now put part 2 of the debate in the files...which is the ministers response and the rest of the debate.
I am pretty sure, if it is 10 miles ,that other places will have more waterway length. And yes the ministers answer was quite supportive and I was surprised that such `a clear answer on BW property was given even if other ministers (treasury etc) may think differently.
