A bit of a puff-piece for Tristram (the Stoke MP), I'm afraid.  But
good to see him (and the Minister) supporting the waterways and the
re-structuring of BW.  

But I think the K&A canal is *not* "the longest in water" as one of
the other MP's stated.   It extends only from Newbury to Bath.  Surely
the L&L is longer than that.  

Nice to see Sir Peter Soulsby speaking up for BW's property, though.
