We have taken Fulbourne (71'6") a good three miles above Inglesham but had to reverse back a couple of them!
We winded about a mile above Inglesham, I am sure Martin will be along soon to say exactly where. Have spent a couple of weekends recently staying at the lock cottage at Inglesham and noticed that the easiest turn was to use the small river entrance which is just a few yards below the T & S lock entrance on the same side. Ir looks big enough for a 70' boat but can't say that I measured any of the boats I witnessed turning.
