I am using Capture with a Canon S500 camera. It takes about 20 seconds to transfer the image to my machine. I am using a laptop with USB 2.0, but even if the camera is not USB 2.0, it should not take nearly that long. I have tried this on another machine with the same issue. Any ideas?
