Release team:
It has been a week since we got the last working packs.
Looks like people are doing all commits at their will and keep breaking the
build.
We should hard freeze the code base at this point. All folks fixing issues
need to attach the patch to the Jira. And only a selected subset will have
the rights to commit. They should verify everything before commit and reject
the patches till everything works.
So select 10 people, one for each product who can commit and revoke commit
rights for everyone.
Also, STOP all commits at this point, and start working on making the build
and packs work. For that, we should only have maximum 5 people having commit
rights.
