Problem solved..

In the "Configure branches .." dialog , there is a list of files to be examined when 
refreshing
tags. Default it contained Care2002/.project , but this file does not exist in 
care2002, so i
added the index.html  et voila.. All branches showed up in the CVS repository location 
view
