You have to "add" them to your branch list. Follow this:

1) On "HEAD" -> "Care2002"  , right click on "Care2002" and select
"Configure Branches and Versions".

2) On the window that appears scroll the "Browse files for tags" to the
bottom.

3) Click on the "index.php" file. The branches should appear on the "New tags
found in the selected file" box.

4) Click the "Select all" button

5) Click the "Add Checked Tags" button

6) Click "OK". The window will close.

7) Refresh the left repository list.

7) Now on the left repository list, click on the "Branches" to expand it. You
should see now the brances. Click on a branch to expand it.

I guess these are not branches in the real sense of "branch that stems from a
main trunk". But instead what you have here are several main directory
"trunks".
