[Care2002-developers] Spanish translation

Hello, I�m Argentinian. I have installed the spanish version but there a few words that we use in a different way here in Argentina. What can I do? Make a new translation for Spanish (Argentine)? The situation is like English(USA) and English(UK).   Regrads Guillermo Fritz
