Hello Guillermo,
yes, the best way is to make a new translation. Just follow the instructions
on the website. To avoid double work, just copy the spanish files to your new
directory ("ar") and change those words unique to your country.
when finished, you can either upload the file to the CVS or you can send them
to me as email attachment.
