[Care2002-developers] Notes & Reports - Admision module

I have a question about the Admision module in the "Notes & Reports" menu. The majority of the notes and reports are filled with information from different forms (Fever chart, Nursing report, Physician order�s, etc) but the following reports aren�t filled from any form (except from the "Notes & Reports" menu): - Admission History and Physical - Consultation notes - Development - Doctor's daily notes - Nursing problem report - Operation notes - Other notes - Problems - Therapy text   Is this ok? Or maybe, are these reports reserved for future use in other forms?   Besides, what does it mean "Material LOT, Charge nr."?   Thanks   --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
