Hi Vern,

at last ICT United Nations meeting in Berlin i spoke more than one
hour with Joan from the WHO.

As far as i know she is very interest in Africa ICT and your company
seems to have contacts with NGO like CONGO and others.

If you need any organisation support mail me.

The desaster of any open source project of the WHO in the past, so
Joan told me and Daniel was,
that there was not any longtime support by professional companies.

I plan to go at middle of April to the next ICT UN meeting in Dublin.
If there are project papers ready (not only by you and your company -
i think in general, hopefully i can forward them to the right
people.

I hope also Daniel from RockLinux (because his very positive influence)
and others have some time and finance,
to come with me to Dublin. If we are ready at November in Tunis to
prepare and implant something like a worldwide open source healthcare
consortium for support we win.

Location of the Dublin meeting is Dublin castle.

In fact: I am very shure not to do this work allone! Every hand is
needed!

Target for Dublin will be education!!! Not finance like the meetings
in Berlin and Geneva this month. But education is one of the first
points, where Care2x will realy have success.

The Tunis coordination i think will be done by Elisabeth (mental
health NGO New York)

Regards

Wilfried
