Hello Ivan,

the ER diagrams are back online: http://care2002.sourceforge.net/docs/er/index.htm

We are currently restructuring the docs system of the project, some of the links are broken for now but it will be fixed soon. In most voluntary projects like care2x, a little patience pays
(specially if we do not really pay for the work of others). Pardon the pun.

Hello to all,

I am actually enhancing a HIS that was developed for a hospital in Mexico. Version 1 had the following modules:

-Patient admition
-Patient billing
-Hospital service charges
-Medications, medical supplies, etc charges
-Single warehouse administration

Version 2 that is under development will have:

-Patient admition
-Patient billing with insurance and frequent client support
-Multiple warehouse administration with direct charge to patients account if required, warehouse has expiration date management and alarms
-Pharmacy (treated as another warehouse but with its own billing system)
-Medical notes
-Laboratory
-Radiology with DICOM support
-Facilities administration (medical equipment, patient rooms, etc) this is for maintenance purposes
-Nurse notes
-CPT and ICD-9 support

Researching for information on actual projects I found yours. I must congratulate you because it looks very good and full with features. However, I tried to join your development team and I only receive your emails but my inquiries are not answered to. For example, I tried to take a look at the ER diagram and there is no way I can get it. I think Care2x is a great idea as a project but for example the web site needs to be taken care of so it is up to date. Links are broken and information is not there, this (I think) dissapoints people who may be willing to try Care2x in a "rea-hospital" environment.

Best regard to all
