2) if this does not solve reinstall care2x in a new directory such as ..\htdocs\care2002 after phpswittch
3) if still persists try to download care2xd21 full version and replace smarty_care.class.php with the old one
4) the surest method is to download a very old version of xammp

I tried the classical installation via ./care2x/install/install.php The installation was successfull with no errors. I saw the "start care2x" button and clicked it. But it did not start.
