Hi Robert,

i thought of something more simple in the admin ui.
a check for updates button..
and have on the care2x.org site a simple script to reply to call
from the sw.

the only thing that might cause problems is that we have a mix
of writable files inside cache, uploads and such mixed with files
that would be updated, like the include dir..
