I put two GIFTI surf.gii files here: http://brainmap.wustl.edu/pub/donna/GERMANY/MAGDEBURG/ login pub password download Human.colin.Cerebral.L.FIDUCIAL.SPM2.03-12.71785.surf.gii Human.colin.Cerebral.R.FIDUCIAL.SPM2.03-12.71723.surf.gii
I exported them to GIFTI from these files, which are part of the Caret distribution: /usr/local/caret/data_files/fmri_mapping_files Human.colin.SPM2.LEFT.71785.spec Human.colin.SPM2.RIGHT.71723.spec I can't guarantee that Freeview will read GIFTI, but many Freesurfer binaries do. This is a midthickness surface. > Dear Friends, > > I need a surface compatible with AAL volume with the dimensions from > MNI152 2mm (91x109x91). > > I learned that Caret has the âspecâ files from Colin27, which was the > brain reference for AAL. > > Does someone knows a straightforward way to load this surface on FreeView > from FreeSurfer ? > > Thanks for the help, > > -- > João V.
